| Combination
of ConnectionPoints |
|
No
combination of ConnectionPoints is permitted between members for
the purpose of making reservation.
|
|
Forfeiture
of Membership Points
|
|
As
the accrual activity permits a maximum accrual of 50% of
ConnectionPoints owned, the balance of any unutilized
ConnectionPoints for the current Use Year will expire at the end
of the Use Year. Failure to utilize ConnectionPoints accrued to
the following Use Year will result in expiration at the end of
that Use Year.

ConnectionPoints will be deducted or deemed utilized if a member:

Request to Cancel
Reservation
|
|
Notice to cancel a confirmed
reservation must be received by Member Services not less than 7 days from
the scheduled check-in date, failing which, all ConnectionPoints required
for the confirmed reservation will be forfeited.
|
|
|
|
Wait List
|
|
In accordance with the
first-come-first-serve system of reservation, you may request to be on the
wait list for any particular reservation request. Member Services will try
to satisfy wait list request until 7 days before check-in date of the
requested reservation. All wait list requests cannot be fulfilled by the
above stipulated period can be deemed as not successful.

Confirmation of
Reservation
|
|
Upon confirmation of a reservation,
a Booking Confirmation Slip (BCS) will be mailed to you. The BCS specifies
the check-in and check-out dates and times, the occupancy of the Timeshare
Accommodation Unit and other relevant information.
Confirmation of reservation
is subject always to your Annual Maintenance Charges and other dues being
paid.
Specific Timeshare Accommodation Unit requests cannot be
guaranteed upon reservation as assignment of unit are done at the resort,
upon check-in.
