Maximum Occupancy
The occupancy of Timeshare Accommodation Unit differ in the maximum number of persons it can accommodate. The number of persons in a Timeshare Holder's party must always conform to the stipulated maximum occupancy per unit. Guests will not be allowed to check-in if the stipulated maximum occupancy is exceeded. The Company or its agent shall be entitled to vary, modify or change such maximum occupancy from time to time.
Check-In
Timeshare Holders are required to produce the Timeshare Membership Card and booking confirmation slip issued by Member Services before check-in. Check in and check out times and days differ from resort to resort. Timeshare holders are required to follow the existing practices adapted by different resorts. A late check out fee will be payable if a Timeshare holder checks-out later than the stipulated check-out time. The Timeshare Holder is required to notify the resort if his arrival is delayed in order to arrange for a late check-in.
Check-In Deposit
A check in deposit maybe required at some resorts to set off against any damages and expenses that Timeshare Holders or Guests may have incurred. The deposit shall be refunded in full, free of interest, in the event it is unutilised.
Utilisation of the Timeshare Accommodation Units and Resorts Facilities
Timeshare Holders and Guests are required to observe all rules and regulations, which differ from resort to resort, governing the use of accommodation, amenities and facilities.
Additional Expenses Incurred at Resorts
Policies governing expenses on utilises such as electricity and housekeeping differ from resort to resort. Some resorts require the occupant to bear the expenses. Timeshare Holders are required to settle any additional expenses incurred before checking out from the resort.
Extension of Stay at Resorts
During Office Hours : Extension of stay can only be made upon confirmation by Member Services. During Non Office Hours : Extension of stay can only be made upon confirmation by Resort staff.
Housekeeping Service
Frequency of housekeeping service differs from resort to resort. At a number of resorts, housekeeping services is not provided during your stay while certain resorts, housekeeping is available upon request and for a fee.
Safety and Health
No dangerous or unlawful substances may be kept or used at the premises of a resort. Unlawful or offensive activities are prohibited at all resorts. A resort reserves the right to establish specific rules and regulations governing potentially loud or disturbing activities like musical instruments, hi-fi equipment or late evening entertainment.

No animals or pets of any kind may be brought into the premises except in areas which are designated for such purpose by a resort. personal belongings shall be kept in assigned Timeshare Accommodation Unit for the confirmed vacation period, and not anywhere else within a resort.
Guests
Timeshare Holders may invite Guests to share occupancy of a Timeshare Accommodation Unit during the confirmed vacation period provided that the maximum occupancy limit which differs from resort to resort is not exceeded.

All Guests must be registered at the resort. The Timeshare Holder shall be responsible for the conduct of their Guests and for all additional expenses incurred by their Guests at the resort.

Guests unaccompanied by a Timeshare Holder shall be required to present their "Booking Confirmation Slip" issued by the Member Services and proof of identification before check-in. Any assignment of guest by Timeshare Holder must be notified in writing to Member Services upon reservation.
