Reservation for "Made Available
Resorts" resorts can be requested as far as 6 months prior to
travel date. |

Status
of availability will not be advised immediately. Member Services
will get back to member within 1 week from the request on the availability. |

Confirmation
is subject to availability. |
|
|
An admin fee of MYR60 per request (where applicable)
is chargeable to the member upon confirmation. |
|
|
Admin fee to be paid within 3 days from request
date to avoid auto cancellation. |
|
|
Admin fee is not refundable in the event of cancellation
or change of travel dates. |
|
|
Admin
fee may be review from time to time. |
|
|
Booking
Confirmation Slip will only be issued to members upon receiving
the payment. |
|
|
Cancellation
has to be made latest 7 days prior to travel date failing which entitlements
(points / days) will be forfeited. Some resorts required
cancellation to be done latest 30 days prior to travel date.

A
duly Authorise Confirmation Slip must be produced upon check in by
members or quest. |
|
|
Some resorts offer airport transfer services and this service is
chargeable by the resort. Please arrange airport transfer 14 days
prior to travel date. |

|
A
refundable security deposit shall be required from members or
guest upon check in and it varies according to each resort. |
|
|
The check-in and check-out time differs from resort to resort. Kindly
adhered to the resort's rules & regulations. Resorts might
charge late check-out fees for those who choose to leave later
than the stipulated check-out time. |
|
|
All goods & services enjoyed by members or guest e.g. F&B will
have to be settled by the member or guest during their stay. |
|
|
In
the event of loss, breakage or damage to property, members or
guests will be charged accordingly and payments will be collected
from members or guests by the management or operator of the
resort. |
|
|
Members
or guests are required to abide by the Rules & Regulations of
each individual resort. |
|
|
"Made
Available Resorts" may be changed or may not be available
from time to time. |
|
|
Facilities
highlighted in each resort are either available in the resort,
within walking distance or within a short drive. Some facilities
offered are seasonal. |
|
|
Unit
Amenities highlighted are as per information furnished by each
respective resorts and are subject to change without prior notice. |
|
|
All
information is correct at print time. Cares are taken to ensure
that all information is correct, however if there is any
