that for every timesharing membership scheme, we will form a Liaison
Committee. What is the purpose of forming this Liaison Committee? You see,
once you are a timeshare member, you may channel your grievances to the
Liaison Committee, which comprises timeshare members of that particular
membership scheme. Elected by the members itself during the AGM, the
Liaison Committee will then communicate your problem to the Trustee, which
in turn will resolve it with us. This way, we will ensure that your
problems and dissatisfactions will reach us and be solved right away.
