LEISURE HOLIDAYS NORTHERN
MEMBERS DAY 2003

We received overwhelming
response from members in the Members’ Family Day held at Sheraton Penang
Hotel on 15th March. A total of about 500 members attended the
event. The northern region members were obviously very excited and looking
forward for the event. This was clearly shown when members started making
a beeline entering the ballroom as early as 1 hour before the event begun.
This is the third in a series of Members Day previously held in Kuala
Lumpur and Johor Bahru.

Managing Director of LHB,
Ms. Emmeline Yong Choon Yong said that Leisure Holidays hoped that this
"Members Day" could served as a channel to foster a closer
relations with fellow members and among their family members as well.
Leisure Holidays Berhad also took this opportunity to refreshed members
about members’ privileges and its’ benefits of enjoying hassle free
vacation. After our MD’s speech, members are pleasantly surprise when
staff of Leisure Holidays performed a dance, which were later followed
along by all members making the event indulgently joyous.
Some hilarious scene
occurred when three of our very sporting members willingly participated in
"Matrix In-personation" on the stage. Children also enjoyed
themselves very much as they surrounded the variety of stall games and
more than 500 prizes were snatched up within that afternoon.
"It is indeed a very
meaningful afternoon for us as I didn’t expect so many members will
actually turned up. They are able to answer all questions asked about the
membership or the resorts, which I think it clearly shows that they are
very keen about the membership and they are actively using their
entitlements as a member. Most important to me is that I see so many happy
faces, playing games, wining prizes and overall, we are like one big happy
family", says Yong.
